Hache, I experienced a bit of a setback on my Bonus Play and I'm wondering if you're the one to talk to or if I should talk directly to betpho customer service? The Bonus Play just got put into my account from Round 1 and I was only given $12.50 instead of the $50. During Round 1 I had hundreds if not four figures+ worth of action on their site on football, so I absolutely satisfied the requirements laid out in the rules.
